I am a professional 3D artist even worked for animation studio as a 3D modeler, i am expert in 3D modelling, character modelling for games and animations, 3D image rendering for products etc.,

Create a 3D CAD model (output file format: STEP or IGES)
Generate and send you 3D printable file (output file format: STL)
Do a rendering in high resolution and with transparent background (if you will choose the extra)
3D model in 3DS max( output file format : STL, 3DS, JPG, OBJ, SKP,DAE)

Reference/sketch images of your products/characters/concepts
How many images do you need
Visual specifications for renderings such as color, material, texture etc.
Expected time delivery
